Our CNC router accommodates sheets up to 2440 × 1220 mm. Larger jobs may be possible by arrangement.

We primarily cut MDF, plywood, birch plywood, solid timber panels and other wood-based sheet materials. We also machine acrylic, ACM and selected plastics. Send us the material type and thickness if you’re unsure whether it is suitable.

Yes. We supply the required materials, or you’re welcome to provide your own. Include the material type, thickness, finish and quantity when requesting a quote.

DXF, AI and SVG vector files are preferred for CNC machining. We can also review PDFs, sketches and other drawings where file preparation is required.

Yes. If you don’t have CNC-ready files, send us your drawings, dimensions, sketches or PDF documents. We can assess what is required and provide CAD or file-preparation assistance where practical. Additional charges may apply.

Yes. We handle everything from one-off custom parts and prototypes through to repeated components and larger production runs. Approved machining files can be retained to make future ordering faster and help maintain consistency between batches.

Most standard jobs can be completed within 5 working days once the files, quote and material requirements have been approved. Larger production runs and complex projects may require additional time. If you have a very short deadline - this can also be discussed.

Yes. We provide CNC cutting for customers throughout New Zealand. Completed parts can be carefully packed and sent by courier or freight, depending on their size, weight and destination.
